Cancellation Policy

Things happen… Plans change… We get that.

We also know that camping for the first time, or for the first time in a long time, can be a little intimidating (YOU GOT THIS!).

With this in mind, we have set up a simple cancellation policy:

• If your plans change more than three days prior to your reservation, you can choose a FULL refund or reschedule for another date.

• If your plans change within 72 hours of your check-in time, you can choose a 50% refund or reschedule for another date at no charge.

• If a severe weather alert (as defined by the National Weather Service) on the day of your reservation causes you to cancel or not stay overnight, you can reschedule for another date at no charge.
