DO NOT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT
Sleeping bags/blankets/pillows
Clothes (check the weather and pack accordingly)
Toiletries (the campgrounds have restrooms and shower facilities)
Bug spray is an important item for some folks
Swim gear, Sunscreen, and Towels are essentials in the summer
Water bottles - There are spigots with water for drinking and cleaning located through the campground
Food, drinks, snacks - We will provide a cooler and there is ice for sale at the guard shack. There is also a barbecue restaurant (Pops) and a Dollar Store just off the interstate on your way to the Twin Knobs Campground
Anything else your family needs (medications, etc) for a night away.
Rain gear is always good to have…just in case and there are four emergency ponchos included with your package.

The lake is just steps away from your site and hiking and biking trails are accessible from the campground.
